Your Doctor Matters
Dr. Brad Winn is a recognized leader in dental implant, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry.
When it comes to dentistry, Dr. Brad Winn is at the top of his game, clocking in over 20 years of experience in restorative dentistry and 15 years of placing implants.
Even after receiving his undergraduate degree from The University of Tennessee in Chattanooga and his Doctorate in Dentistry from The University of Tennessee in Memphis, he has maintained a desire to learn more advanced procedures and sharpen his skills further. In the past 15 years, Dr. Winn has amassed nearly 1,000 hours of continued education and traveled internationally to study advanced procedures at the most-cutting edge surgery centers in the world.
When not seeing patients, Dr Brad is exercising or spending time with his family. Dr. Winn is married to Mindy, and together they have two daughters and one son. Dr. Winn and his family enjoy annual trips to the Dominican Republic, where they provide free dental care to those in need, as well as family vacations at the beach, where he spends quality time with his wife and kids.

Meet the Team
Reggie Jean-Jaques
Reggie is our fun, loveable treatment coordinator! He’s newer to our team, but already patients love him. On the phone and in the office, Reggie is here to listen to your concerns and help you turn your dream of a brand-new smile into a reality. When he’s not assisting patients, Reggie loves to exercise, play basketball, and play with his dog, Sir William.
Kaci Duggan
Kaci D is our dedicated lead assistant, bringing over a decade of experience to our dental office. Since 2012, she has been an integral part of our team, initially assisting Dr. Brad on the general side before transitioning with him to focus on full-arch restoration. From taking X-rays to skillfully crafting permanent teeth, Kaci’s expertise shines through in every aspect of her work.
Outside the office, Kaci’s usually with family. She shares her life with her husband, Jake, and their son, Hayden. When not busy at work or with family, Kaci finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, often spending quality time outdoors with her family and her four beloved dogs: Vader, Leia, Ahsoka, and Luke.
Kaci Ownbey
Kaci O is the newest addition to our surgical team, coming to us from our general dentistry side where she has been part of our administrative team for the past 3 years. Her attention to detail and creativity make her fantastic at all she does!
When out of the office, you can often find her spending time with her husband, Matt, and their two adorable dogs, Gunner and Peyton at the lake fishing! She enjoys fantasy football, doing anything crafty and creative such as painting, making candles, and baking and decorating some delicious cookies!
